We want to make sure you are satisfied.

If you would like to return a part for refund or exchange, please send an email to sales@eastcoasttruckstuff.com  Type "RGA Request" in the subject field. In the body of the email, include the invoice number, part being returned, and your phone number.  We will send you an RGA # to include on your return shipment.  East Coast Truck & Trailer is not responsible for return shipping costs.    

We will accept returns of truck parts and equipment in the same condition as they were shipped out within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the customer the full price of the originally ordered part, or ship out requested substitute of equal value,once the part is received and inspected.

The part must be undamaged and uninstalled or else the request will be denied.

We will refund in full if the error occurred on our end.

How do I find out if my return is under manufacturer's warranty?

A. Call 508-586-1666 or email with your part number, date of purchase and invoice and we'll let you know! Usually, we need to inspect the item in person before a replacement item is sent back to you.

How do I cancel my order?

A. Call 508-586-1666 or email the cancel request BEFORE 2 PM Eastern Time the day of your order.  If you place your order AFTER 2 PM Eastern Time, send us your request by 2 PM ET the following day.
